Can you believe the State of California actually let me reproduce? Well believe it. Shannon is a little over 12 weeks pregnant. The baby is over 3 inches long, and in great condition according to the sonograms and doctor visits. Doctors have been taking real good care of her after our last unfortunate event. The most popular question we have been asked is if we wanted a boy or a girl? We both have our picks but I think the most important thing to Shannon and I is that we have a happy and healthy baby. I am not going to lie I have been extremely nervous and mostly nervous about Shannon's health, I don't know what I would do without her and all of you who know me probably agree with that statement. I will start posting pictures and updates about our 9 month journey. We both came up with an idea where we are taking side profile pictures of here belly each week to show the growth in the next 9 months. Stay tuned for some cool updates.

I am extremely proud of my little (well not so little anymore) brother Nathan who just took off to start his junior year at Dominican University of California. Nathan recieved an athletic scholarship to play his Junior and Senior year of college for Dominican. He settled into his dorm room with a fellow team mate, and will begin the school year in a weeks time. I know we will see him on the weekends, but with Jori and Nathan gone it has been tough. When they do come back to visit I always look forward to spending quality time with them.
I wish Nate the best of luck up there and I promise I will make each game possible. We are all proud of you Nate!

Yes that is right; the youngest and brightest star of the King household is off to college. It is really hard to believe that Jori, my little baby sister, is already in college. She has been attending classed for some months now and rooming with friends from Northern California roots as well. So far she has been having a blast with her friends in their nicely decorated apartment, and grinding through her school work with high success. Cal State Fullerton is known for it's Art, Business Econ, Communications, Engineering, Natural Sciences, and Mathematics as well. The school is currently going through its largest construction phase of new buildings and remodeling of existing ones in efforts to bring a better layout throughout the campus.
We are all so proud of Jori and we wish her the best down there, but as her big brother I need to warn any idiots who mess with her because they have me and a 9mm to go through.
Love ya Jori.
Cheers,
-Chris
Yes to everyone’s amazement I have learned to read. The most recent book I have finished which I highly recommend is "THE DAVINCI CODE"by Dan Brown. I wont get into much detail but this book forces you to look into other explanations of the holy grail as well as other explanations of the Catholic religion. I loved it for it’s controversial contents as well as the excitement Dan Brown brings to each of his books. I am working on three other books as well right now and I will let you know my overall feelings on them. The first is Dan Brown’s "ANGELS & DEMONS" , the second is Dan Brown’s "DIGITAL FORTRESS"and the third is Stephen King’s "CELL"After reading “ THE DAVINCI CODE” I am highly anticipating the upcoming movie staring Tom Hanks this summer.
Cheers,

I have finally bought a new digital camera, and here are some pics of our place. There is still some minor construction going on. Garage being painted and epoxy coated floors, hardwood floors to be finished after the holidays. We had the place painted form top to bottom and I always manage a way to find a new project that consumes my weekend and wallet. CLICK HERE FOR PICTURES I promise I will post more pics as I complete more projects.

As of 08/24/2005 my good friend TIM MILLER originally from Circleville, Ohio is a P3 in the United States Army. Tim decided that he wanted to become a military man a few weeks back and all of his friends and family supported him throughout his decision. Tim was shipped out to Fort Benning in Georgia, where he will go through boot camp for 9 weeks, then a special training for Anti-terrorist task force group he has joined for 4 weeks. Who knows if he will be shipped off over seas right away but we will all be thinking about him while he is away. There will be more updates on Tim's progress in the Army, keep on checking out Chris-King.net to hear some great stories.
Well our lake Cumberland trip happened yet again. It was a great trip with even more funny stories then before. I started the trip off with a cross country drive from the Bay Area to Tampa, Florida, and we ended up houseboating in Kentucky for a week. Click HERE if you want to see the pics from the trip. Some trip highlights include, a great Karaoke performance by Luke S., Tim Miller's famous "PAUL NEWMAN" line, Ucher tournaments, water sports, and much more.

Shannon and I are officially owners. As of 5-15-05 we close on our 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhome in Livermore,CA. We are located adjacent to Las Positas College and Collier canyon. The community was built in late 1999 and the community up the street was built in 2004. Behind our community are rolling hills, a newly developed vineyard, and my favorite store.....COSTCO.
The townhome feature 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an attached 2garage and a real OPEN feeling. cover the kitchen area and the first thing we are going to do is cover the rest of the floors with hardwood as well. We can't wait to have everyone over for a BBQ to celebrate or new move.
Shannon and I could not have achieved any of this if it was not for a great friend and realtor Marisa Brooke. She worked soo help us find the perfect place and when it finally happened it was unbelievable. Thank you so much Marisa for everything, we couldn't have done ityou!
I will post pics as soon as we move in, and if you are ever in town you can always crash at the King's!!!
Cheers,
-Chris

Well Shannon and I are trying to buy a place and as everyone knows unless you are a millionaire it is anything but easy to get into your first home in the Bay Area. We are very fortunate to have a good friend Marisa Brooke (Matt Bauer's beautiful fiance) as our realtor, and we know with her help we will find a great place. We will keep you updated on our progress of house hunting, and wish us luck that we find something without breaking the bank. If any of you out there are looking to buy or sell a home, check out Marisa's home page and drop her an e-mail. Marisa works for Prudential California Reality and has been representing sellers and buyers throughout the Bay Area. CLICK HERE to access Marisa's homepage and be sure to let her know that I referred you. (serious inquiries only please)

After 3 great years with my 2002 Subaru WRX I have decided to return it back to stock and sell it. I will have it back to stock by the end of April, but I don't plan on selling the car until we have closed on a house......(thanks for the advice Mike and Jeff I owe you guys big) I have invested blood, sweat, money, but mostly time into making this project car but it was all worth it in the end. My best recorded time at an event was a 13.176 1/4 mile., even though unofficially I know I have broken that barrier many many of times. My recorded time has been placed on the Subaru 1/4 mile registry www.scoobymile.com and can be viewed among the others times clocked by others at official events. Sporting a Vishnu Tuning Stage II package, the car also boasted a tightly tuned suspension setup from Tein HA, and much more. Once my blue subie is gone I will miss her very much, but until that day comes I will enjoy every minute.
